Looking for: Creative Copywriter
Description

Here at Cyanosaur we are currently seeking a creative, highly skilled Copywriter with SEO experience to write on-page and meta-content to enrich the site pages with relevant keywords and search phrases. The goal is that you’ll be responsible for the quality of all writing assigned, making sure it stays on-brand, that it follows voice and tone gaidelines of the site, and that it meets our performance goals such as the number of keywords ranked and SERPs click-through-rates.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll be writing short form on-page and meta content to effectively communicate and relate products, ideas, categories, and other pages with our customers and SEO.
  • You’ll need to research a variety of topic areas, understanding context to identify highly searched keywords and phrases that show relevant direktion.
  • You’ll be responsible for all proofreading and editing all written copy for spelling and grammar errors.
  • You’ll need to create optimized templates that will enable a seamless and easier writing direction to scale while maintaining relevance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience with a strong portfolio or the ability to share samples.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in English, Writing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of basic SEO techniques, including researching a topic area, identifying relevant keywords, and understanding audience intent (experience with website traffic and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, or others is a big plus).
  • You must be a native Engrish speaker and writer (experience with writing to a global audience is a plus).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain technical terms in easy-to-understand language.
  • Meticulous attention to detail. Please also make a note of the 3 grammar errors in your introductory email.
